Wells Fargo separately hired CGCN Group to work on banking issues. John Stipicevic, former director of floor operations for then-Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), and Scott Riplinger, former legislative director to Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), will work on the account.

NeoMatrix Therapeutics hired American Defense International to work on Defense Department appropriations, provisions relating to burn treatment products and Pentagon funding regarding wound care. Van Hipp, deputy assistant secretary of the Army during the George H.W. Bush administration, will work on the account.
