JBS USA, a processor of beef, pork and prepared food, hired Lincoln Policy Group to work on workplace safety issues and others pertaining to food production. Former Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) will work on the account.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Mitsubishi Power Americas Inc. hired Holland & Knight LLP to work on issues related to energy infrastructure, energy storage, hydrogen, energy policy and trade issues. Todd Wooten, former legislative director for Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), will work on the account.

HeadLight, a software technology company specializing in the transportation infrastructure, hired Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP to work on issues related to federal infrastructure policy. David Skillman, former deputy chief of staff and counsel to Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), and Gregory Louer, former policy director to then-Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), will work on the account.

Axio Global Inc., a cybersecurity company, hired Venn Strategies to work on policy related to risk mitigation strategies for the critical infrastructure sector. Erik Olson, former chief of staff to Rep. Ron Kind (D-Wis.), will work on the account.

HEALTH CARE

FarmaceuticalRX of PA LLC, a medical cannabis company, hired Ballard Partners to work on medical research and development and the SAFE Banking Act, which would allow financial institutions to work with cannabis businesses. Daniel McFaul, former chief of staff to Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), will work on the account.

Paladin Protective Equipment LLC, a manufacturer of personal protective equipment, hired Foley & Lardner LLP to work on PPE sales issues. Former Rep. Dennis Cardoza (D-Calif.) and William Ball, former aide to Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), will work on the account.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

The Financial Technology Association hired Tiger Hill Partners to work on educational efforts on financial technology. Milan Dalal, former staff director for Democrats on the Senate Banking Subcommittee on Securities, Insurance and Investments, will work on the account.
