Inspira Health Network in New Jersey hired Winning Strategies Washington to work on CARES Act funding. Charla Penn, former legislative assistant to Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.), will work on the account.

PRN Software hired K&L Gates to work on issues related to COVID-19 vaccination deployment. Amy Carnevale, former chief of staff to ex-Rep. George Nethercutt (R-Wash.), will work on the account.  

INFRASTRUCTURE

The American Trucking Associations hired Siff & Associates to work on federal infrastructure proposals and workforce development and training. Andrew Siff, who was chief of staff to former Labor Secretary Elaine Chao during the George W. Bush administration, will work on the account.

The City of Palmdale, Calif., hired Lincoln Park Group to work on issues related to transportation, federal certifications for commercial aviation facilities and economic development. Reilly O’Connor, former head of federal affairs at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America, will work on the account.

Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority, a planned expressway project in California, hired K&L Gates to work on issues related to transportation and infrastructure funding. Former Rep. Jeff Denham (R-Calif.) will work on the account.

DEFENSE

Textron Inc. hired S-3 Group to work on defense funding for the V-22 military aircraft and weapon development program Next Generation Squad Weapon, as well as general aviation issues. Matt Bravo, former director of floor operations for Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), will work on the account.
