EyeCare Partners LLC hired Alston & Bird LLP to work on issues related to eye care and COVID-19. Jane Lucas, former special assistant in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs under President Trump, and Bob Siggins, former chief of staff to ex-Rep. Earl Pomeroy (D-N.D.), will work on the account.
