Zurich American Insurance Company hired Invariant to work on educating Congress and the administration of insurance, tax, sustainability, and apprenticeship public policy issues. Anne MacMillan, former policy adviser to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and Lindley Kratovil Sherer, former chief of staff to Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), among others, will work on the account.
INFRASTRUCTURE. Tradepoint Atlantic, an industrial landowner in Baltimore, hired Nossaman to work on transportation and infrastructure funding policy and grant opportunities. Former Rep. Christopher Carney (D-Pa.), and D. Michael Stroud, former deputy chief counsel for the House Homeland Security Committee, will work on the account.
REAL ESTATE. Delmar DivNE, a Missouri-based real estate company, hired Husch Blackwell Strategies to work on issues related to real estate. Christian Morgan, former chief of staff to Rep. Ann Wagner (R-Mo.), will work on the account.
ENERGY. Fuel Freedom Foundation, a nonprofit that advocates in support of alternative fuel sources, hired Miller Strategies to work on issues that relate to alternative fuel source development. Jonathan Hiler, former director of legislative affairs for Vice President Pence, will work on the account.
