• ENERGY. Pine Gate Renewables, a utility-scale solar energy developer, hired Lot Sixteen to work on implementation of statutes related to the electric sector, climate change policy and other issues. Colin Hayes, former staff director on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and Joseph Eaves, former legislative director to Rep. Paul Tonko (D-N.Y.), will work on the account.
