E-CIGARETTES. JUUL Labs Inc., the vaping product company, recently hired Tiger Hill Partners to work on legislation relating to e-cigarettes and congressional investigations, according to disclosures. Milan Dalal, former staff director on the Senate Banking Subcommittee on Securities, Insurance and Investments, will work on the account.

 

MANUFACTURING. Niedner Inc., a manufacturer of firefighting, industrial and specialized applications hoses, hired Cansler Consulting, LLC to work on procurement and logistics issues for fire hoses for the U.S. Forest Service. Timothy Cansler, former assistant to the under secretary at the Agriculture Department, will work on the account.

 

FINANCIAL SERVICES. Global Holdings LLC, an account management solutions company based in Oklahoma, hired S-3 Group to work on issues related to consumer unsecured debt settlement and marketplace lending. Rob Collins, former chief of staff to ex-House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.), and Todd Wooten, former legislative director to Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), among others, will work on the account.

 

PV Group Limited, a special purpose vehicle company, hired Avenue Strategies Global LLC to work on issues related to foreign fraudulent activity through U.S. banks. Barry Bennett, former chief of staff to ex-Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-Ohio), will work on the account.

 

HEALTH CARE. Siemens Healthineers, based in Massachusetts, hired BGR Government Affairs to provide strategic counsel and guidance on policies and developments affecting medical imaging and diagnostic tests. Remy Brim, former senior health policy adviser to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Robb Walton, former senior health policy adviser and counsel to Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.), among others, will work on the account.
