Trump’s 2020 campaign will be headquartered at Trump Tower: report
President Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign will be headquartered at Trump Tower in New York City, Politico reported Thursday.
Two senior advisers to the president told the outlet that while the campaign’s base will be on the 15th floor of Trump Tower, there will be two additional offices in the Washington, D.C., area.
{mosads}One satellite office will be located at the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) building on Capitol Hill and the other will be in Rosslyn, Virginia.
The Hill has reached out to the Trump campaign for comment.
The Rosslyn location is relatively inexpensive, accessible to the Washington metro system and close to Reagan National Airport, Politico noted.
Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale and RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel reportedly prepared the plan to streamline the reelection efforts.
The RNC and Trump aides reportedly butted heads during the 2016 election over the direction of Trump’s campaign.
