Schwarzenegger wields knife in Twitter video
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) appeared satisfied that state legislators finally reached a deal to close the $26 billion budget deficit Monday night.
In perhaps a celebratory move, Schwarzenegger recorded an entertaining video for his Twitter followers thanking them for submitting ideas on how to solve the budget crisis:
