W.H. tweets photo of Kennedy and Obama

The White House took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a picture of President Barack Obama walking with Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.), who passed away late last night.

The picture shows the duo after Obama signed the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, which expanded national service programs.

Kennedy was a longtime supporter of public service and co-authored the bill with Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) with whom he was close.
