Ellison falls ill on Kenya trip
Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) took to Twitter to announce that he has “caught the sniffles” during his recess trip to Africa.
He tweeted Monday:
Caught the sniffles in Kenya. What a drag. Anyway, we had a great morning learning about solutions to gender based violence in Kenya
The congressman’s trip has centered around human rights issues. He previously traveled to the war-torn Darfur region in Sudan.
