Report: Mousavi ready for ‘martyrdom’
Some more definitive reporting is coming in from Iran, via CNN. The network is reporting the Iran state news report that there was a blast at Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. CNN could not, however, confirm the blast or what may have caused it.
More unconfirmed reporting is also coming in over Twitter. @persiankiwi and others tweet that Mir Hossein Mousavi has said he is “ready for martyrdom.”
persiankiwi also reported that Mousavi is addressing his supporters.
And Ann Curry tweets that Mousavi has sent a letter to the country’s top legislative body alleging that the the rigging of the election has been planned for months.
