McCaskill ‘tweet tributes’ her father

For Father’s Day Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) set out to “tweet tribute” to her father on Sunday, adding another term to Twitter-ese.

The latest from her twitter feed:

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads. I miss mine so much. He passed away 15 years ago. He was special.Today I’m gonna tweet tribute him.

My dad had a terrific sense of humor. Very dry, loved practical jokes. I’ll tumblr some later. Now I have to get brisket on smoker.

Dad was WWII vet.Never talked about his bravery(found out bronze star after he died) but taught us deep,abiding respect for those who serve.

That brisket is sounding good right about now!
