Report: GOP Twitterers outnumber Dems nearly 2 to 1

A new report by congressional Twitter-watchdog TweetCongress says that Republican Twitterers outnumber Democrats nearly 2 to 1.

Of course, TweetCongress publicized the report on Twitter:

It’s been known for some time that more GOPers tweet Democrats. The linked charts show a breakdown of Twitterers by party.

Will the GOP continue their Twitter dominance or will the Democrats stage a comeback? Only time will tell.
