California finally ratified a plan to close their $26 billion budget deficit and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) used Twitter to share a picture from the bill signing.
Schwarzenegger tweeted Tuesday:

The budget, which includes deep cuts to government programs, is the product of long negotiations in the state legislature and additional cuts Schwarzenegger made using his line-item veto power.
