Issa touts the ‘nuclear option’
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) wants the government to more seriously explore the “nuclear option” — not abolishing the filibuster of judicial nominees in the Senate, of course, but the use of nuclear power.
On his Twitter page Monday, Issa linked to his own op-ed in the North County Times (Calif.), where he argues nuclear power is safer than ever before.
