Big Kid: “No, THAT tree is a home run and THAT tree is an automatic double play.” You: “But you didn’t tell me that BEFORE I hit the ball!”
Doesn’t the Great TARP Game sound like this? Goldman and other banks want to leave, but the rules keep getting changed (if explained at all)
