Hoekstra tweets Obama some cover
President Obama got some political cover from House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.) Friday, who praised the administration’s decision on Chinese Uighurs.
President Obama asked the Supreme Court to disallow the detainees at Guantanamo Bay from coming to the United States when they’re released.
In reaction, Hoekstra tweeted:
The Obama Justice Department told the Supreme Court friday that the Uighurs have no right to be released into the United States.Good!
