Issa grabs a National Review phrase for tweet
National Review founder William F. Buckley might have been talking about the spread of socialism when, in that magazine’s founding editorial, he famously wrote of, “Standing athwart history, yelling ‘stop!'”
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) took that phrase to apply to modern-day bailouts, retweeting today:
