Rep. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) checks in from the Senate campaign trail:
The Country Days parade was a lot of fun. I enjoyed visiting with so many Missourians along the parade route.
We walked the parade route this morning with Jo Ann Emerson, Kevin Engler and Steve Tilley.
Thank you to the many volunteers who walked with us today. Your support for our campaign is critical and appreciated.
We spent some time at the Republican booth and now are handing out snow cones at Tropical Snow.
A reporter asked me a question I’m sure you all want to know. My favorite snow cone flavor is cherry.
Figures Blunt would say cherry. Cherry is red, i.e. red state….nevermind.
