Rangel opens up the suggestion box
Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) is opening the virtual suggestion box to constituents, asking them to sound off about needed changes to his website on his blog.
Apparently a new media maven, Rangel directed people to his blog — from his Twitter page.
