Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Tex.) said President Obama’s reaction to his healthcare question today was “only partially responsive.” Burgess asked a question via YouTube at Obama’s healthcare town hall meeting today in Annandale, VA.
The congressman tweeted:

Of course the problems in McAllen, Tx are only minimally related to liability. They actually point out one of the weaknesses of medicare.
Obama used the high cost of healthcare in McAllen, TX to bolster his case for a public insurance option. Burgess, however, disagreed with Obama’s assessment McAllen’s problems. The small town in Hidalgo County has the second most expensive health insurance in America after Miami.
