The National Taxpayers Union just released their list of congressmen who are still undecided on the American Clean Energy and Security Act. The bill will hit the House floor tomorrow.

Although the NTU said it had a list of 20, they provide only 17 names. Fifteen out of the 17 congressmen are Democrats. The NTU also tweeted a link to e-mail members encouraging them to vote no on ACES.
