We’re with Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) this morning, who’s taking it a little easier this morning, and playing with his young puppies.
Though Perry may be more bright and sunny than most — especially for an incumbent expected to face a tough primary challenge from Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R) — he still may succumb to his better judgment.
