Scarborough stares down Republicans

Joe Scarborough, host of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” made a splash in his return to tweeting on-air, asking pointed questions of fellow Republicans.

Scarborough asked why former Sen. Norm Coleman (R) hasn’t given up his quest to hang onto his Senate seat, as well as why GOP-ers can’t admit Obama had a successful trip overseas.

Scarborough tweeted:

Question for Republicans: Isn’t it time for Norm Coleman to quit in Minnesota? Enough. He is not going to catch up.

And followed up:

Another question for Republicans: Though we are all upset with his economic plans, can we not admit he had a good trip overseas?

Scarborough’s tweets have been on hiatus since the end of March, perhaps because he was finishing his book (a process which, he tweeted, ended recently and “almost killed” him).
