The channel @GoogleNews will expand the reach of the controversial aggregation, which some news organizations have criticized for undercutting revenue flows.
The launch pairs with another advancement for Google, particularly in the launch of Google Profiles, which Information Week has indicated may be part of a broader strategy by Google to personalize news streams.
