Issa to run caption contest for Air Force One’s NYC flyover
Leave it to Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) to carry out one of the most cherished Washington traditions: the Friday afternoon caption contest.
Issa tweeted Friday about the eventual release of the promotional photos of an Air Force One plane flying over Manhattan last week, which sparked panic and outrage:
