Gingrich’s wife knocks Romney through Twitter

Another tweet references Romney’s appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” the candidate’s first Sunday show interview of the campaign cycle. “Poor Romney. He just is a sound bite candidate. Chris Wallace pulled the string from his back, and he spewed consultant apprvd policy,” the tweet reads.

A Gingrich staffer was fired earlier this month after making disparaging comments about Mormonism, and Gingrich warned that he would “disown any super-PAC or staff member” who launched negative attacks against rival candidates.
