Samantha Power Should Not Have Resigned

Barack Obama should not have fired Samantha Power. If she truly resigned, Barack Obama should NOT have accepted her resignation.

Obama should have said that Ms. Power is a brilliant adviser who is not a professional politician and made a significant mistake for which she has been reprimanded and has apologized.

And he should have said that Hillary Clinton claims 35 years of experience yet went on “60 Minutes” and could not make a simple statement that Barack Obama is not a Muslim — a far, far greater offense considering her stature and claims of vast experience.

For what it’s worth, that is the straight talk of what I believe. My political week hereby ends.
