Sanders to appear on ‘Ellen’ following debate

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is making his first daytime talk show visit since announcing his White House bid, with an appearance next week on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

The presidential candidate will sit down with the comedienne, who’s known for exhibiting her enthusiastic dance moves (often with guests) on her popular show, on Oct. 15, two days after the first Democratic debate.

Sanders will be the latest 2016 contender to share the stage with DeGeneres. Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton yukked it up with DeGeneres (and danced the “Nae-Nae”) during an appearance last month.
