SPOTTED: “Veep” actor Reid Scott, taking a time out from the HBO political satire to talk about real-life issues at the Rayburn House Office Building on Thursday.
{mosads}Scott, who plays an aide to a fictional vice president on the show, was pushing lawmakers to reconsider the proposed use of seismic airguns to look for oil-and-gas deposits below the ocean floor.
The sitcom star was joined by Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) at the congressional briefing and representatives from the advocacy group Oceana.
