Friday: Tax extenders
The House will vote Friday on a package renewing tax credits for small businesses.
The package includes a permanent extension of the Section 179 credit, which allows businesses to write off certain expenses. Last votes of the day — and week — are expected around 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m after up to 90 minutes of debate.
{mosads}Meanwhile, the Senate will not be back in session until Feb. 23. The House will also be on recess next week for the Presidents Day holiday.
