Thursday: DHS spending, regulations
The House will take up another regulatory process reform bill on Thursday, while the Senate will vote yet again to debate a spending bill for the Department of Homeland Security.
The House will vote on H.R. 527, which would require federal agencies to measure the costs of regulations on small businesses. Last votes of the week are expected no later than 3 p.m.

It fell short of the necessary 60 votes twice already this week due to a Democratic filibuster. Thursday’s vote is expected to similarly fail.
