Thursday: Keystone

The Senate will finally reach the end of debating the Keystone bill after four weeks of debate. 

A long day of votes lies ahead after the Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. At 11 a.m., the Senate will vote on six amendments and cloture on the underlying bill, which will require 60 votes to advance.

{mosads}The Senate will then vote on five more amendments at 2:30 p.m. Upon disposition of the amendments, the Senate will vote on final passage of the pipeline bill. 

The House will not be in session on Thursday, to accommodate the Democratic retreat in Philadelphia.
