Monday: Keystone, suspensions

The Senate will take its first vote on the Keystone XL pipeline, while the House will consider bills under suspension of the rules on Monday.

At 2 p.m., the House will convene for legislative business. Morning hour debate will start at noon. Votes on suspension bills will be postponed to 6:30 p.m.

{mosads}Meanwhile, the Senate will convene at 2 p.m. for leadership remarks. Senators will vote at 5:30 p.m. on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to a measure to approve construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.
