House debates three more amendments, but votes postponed until Thursday
Amendments debated late Wednesday were from:
Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), to require EPA to consider the potential reduction in illness-related absences when considering the time needed for compliance;
Bill Keating (D-Mass.), to require EPA to set compliance dates for the cement rules under the Clean Air Act; and
Donna Edwards (D-Md.), to add a finding that the EPA rules yield large public health benefits.
