Rules panel hearing on GOP lawsuit next week
The House Rules Committee will hold a hearing next Wednesday on the GOP lawsuit against President Obama in what is sure to be a media zoo.
Four legal experts are set to testify before the 13-member panel.
{mosads}At the heart of the lawsuit is Obama’s use of executive action to delay the employer mandate in the healthcare law requiring workplaces with 50 or more employees to provide insurance coverage.
Also Wednesday, Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen will testify before the House Financial Services Committee on the state of the economy.
