Second Amendment Applies in D.C., Same as Everyehwere Else (Rep. Marilyn Musgrave)
I was pleased when the Court of Appeals struck down the ban on personal gun ownership in D.C. Should the Supreme Court take this up I am confident they too will find that residents of D.C. have the same constitutional right as every other citizen.
Rep. Musgrave chairs the Second Amendment Caucus in the House of Representatives.
