Florida Will Catapult Giuliani to Feb. 5 (Rep. Candice Miller)
If you want to hunt ducks you need to go where the ducks are — in this case the delegates are in Florida. There were few delegates awarded from Iowa and New Hampshire, and Michigan, which is not a winner take all state, was penalized for moving their primary date up. Florida is a winner take all state. If he wins Florida it will catapult him into Feb. 5 with some big Northeastern states that he will win including New York and New Jersey.
