Why We Need to Take Colorectal Cancer Seriously

Colorectal Cancer should not be the second most common cause of cancer deaths in the U.S., especially not when screenings could help prevent about 30,000 to 44,000 deaths a year.

I am proud to be introducing this common sense bill that will help save so many lives, and prevent the needless loss of so many others. It’s my hope that my colleagues will share this concern and we will be able to rapidly pass this legislation so more individuals can beat this horrendous cancer in the future.
