YouTube Launches House & Senate Channels

Internet video giant YouTube today launched two websites dedicated to videos posted by members of Congress.

YouTube launched separate channels for the House and Senate. The sites lets viewers find their senators and congressmen by highlighting their home states on a modified Google map of the U.S.

All videos are uploaded by members of Congress.

Subscribers to members’ Twitter feeds have already gotten a taste of the content, as Rep. Bob Latta (R-Ohio) tweeted a link to the House site this morning.
