Kennedy to Return to Washington

Sen. Edward Kennedy will return to his home in Washington, D.C. Tuesday afternoon following a three-month absence from Senate proceedings.

Kennedy (D-Mass.), 76, who has been recuperating since June from the removal of a malignant brain tumor, will be in Washington for the November 4 presidential election. He has not yet said if he will participate in the Senate
