Here’s the clip from of D.L. Hughley with RNC Chair Michael Steele that is getting a lot of buzz on the left. In the interview, which took place over the weekend on CNN’s “Breaking the News,” Steele says that Rush Limbaugh is not the de facto leader of GOP, he is. He also calls Limbaugh’s remarks “incendiary” and “ugly.”
Here’s the transcript:
HUGHLEY: “Like Rush Limbaugh, who is the de facto leader of the Republican Party?
STEELE: “No he’s not. I’m the de facto leader of the Republican Party.”
STEELE: “Rush LImbaugh is an entertainer. He’s whole thing is entertainment. Yes it’s incendiary. Yes it’s ugly.”
