Senate panel to hold ‘Future of Journalism’ hearing

Not to be outdone by their counterparts in the House, a Senate panel will also convene a hearing thon the future of the media industry.

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), the chairman of the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet, announced Monday that his panel will have a hearing on Wednesday, May 6. The panel is titled, “The Future of Journalism.”
