Rahm on Orszag: ‘He’s made nerdy sexy’

If there is one Obama administration personality who has revived the notion of “geek chic,” it would seem to be Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Peter Orszag, at least according to White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

“He’s made nerdy sexy,” Emanuel told the New York Times, which profiled Orszag in its Saturday paper.

Not one to be insulted, Orszag told the Times he refers to himself as a “supernerd,” though the piece is quick to note that the young OMB director is anything up, complete with star-studded dinner parties.
