Hannity: I Would Agree to Meet With Obama

Conservative talk radio host Sean Hannity said that if President Obama is serious about the two meeting, he would go.

“Obama mentioned me at this event today,” Hannity said on his radio show this afternoon. “It seems like he’s opened the door that he wants to meet with me.”

“Now if he does, I would go on your behalf,” Hannity added.

A questioner at Obama’s town hall meeting today asked if the president would have a beer with Hannity, per his invitation. (The opening montage to Hannity’s show features months’ worth of banter from Obama about grabbing a brew with the talk radio nemesis.)

“With respect to Sean Hannity, I didn’t know that he had invited me for a beer,” Obama said. “But I will take that under advisement…But I’m always good for a beer.”
