The president and first lady’s tour of D.C.’s finest burger joints continued Friday as First Lady Michelle Obama visited another burger joint.
Mrs. Obama visited Good Stuff Eatery on Capitol Hill, local blog DCist reported, for lunch this afternoon.
Good Stuff is owned and operated by celebrity chef Spike Mendelsohn of “Top Chef” fame, and featured an “Obama burger” during the presidential election.
For the First Family, the first few months in office have marked a culinary tour of the finest of Washington’s burgers.
President Obama and Vice President Biden dined at Ray’s Hell Burger in Virginia earlier this week, and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) revealed burgers were on the menu during a White House lunch on Wednesday, too.
Mrs. Obama had previously revealed she’d snuck out of the White House with staff earlier in the administration to visit another local favorite, Five Guys.
