A New Jersey teen has been arrested and charged for allegedly attacking an 81-year-old man for wearing one of President Trump‘s “Make America Great Again” hats.
Prosecutors in Somerset County, N.J., on Wednesday charged Ryan Salvagno, 19, with assault and harassment, according to the New York Post. Salvagno is set to appear in court over the charges in mid-March.

Salvagno then proceeded to throw the man to the ground before tipping over his cart of groceries, authorities said.
The victim had minor injuries but refused medical treatment, a local NBC affiliate reported earlier this week.
The caps with Trump’s signature slogan has been at the center of multiple altercations since Trump’s presidential campaign.
