Kavanaugh denied latest sexual misconduct accusation under oath: report

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh reportedly denied under oath being at high school parties in the 1980’s where women were drugged and raped.

Time Magazine, citing an email, reported that Kavanaugh made the denials in regards to the latest sexual misconduct accusation against him earlier this week while speaking with Judiciary Committee investigators in private.

The testimony occurred on Tuesday, one day before lawyer Michael Avenatti shared a sworn declaration from Julie Swetnick.

Swetnick is accusing Kavanaugh of being present at a high school party in the early 1980s in which she claims she was drugged and raped.

Swetnick says that Kavanaugh never attacked her. But she alleges he was at the party where she was drugged with “Quaaludes or something similar” and attacked.

She also said in her declaration that Kavanaugh carried out a pattern of “abusive and physically aggressive behavior” towards women.

Kavanaugh denied the claims, calling them “from the Twilight Zone” in a statement on Wednesday.

“I don’t know who this is and this never happened,” Kavanaugh said.

He has also denied accusations of sexual misconduct from two other women, Deborah Ramirez and Christine Blasey Ford.

Ford and Kavanaugh are scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding accusations that he sexually assaulted her at a high school party in the 1980’s on Thursday.

Ramirez’s accusations date to the 1980s as well, when she said Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a college party.

Avenatti, who also represents adult-film star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuits against President Trump, has called for an FBI investigation into Swetnick’s allegations.
