Chicago officer under investigation after viral video shows him saying ‘I kill motherf—ers’

A Chicago police officer is under investigation after a viral video showed him telling two black men, “I kill motherf—ers.”

The video shows the officer in an unmarked car talking with the men.

“I kill motherf—ers,” the officer tells the men in the video.

He later asks the men, “How about I lock you up for walking in the street?”

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability has launched an investigation, a local Fox News affiliate reported.

A longer version of the video shows the officer getting out of the car and walking with the men, telling them he was “going to clear the park.”

The officer can also be heard saying that Illinois is a two-party consent state for recordings and that he “didn’t consent to being on camera.”
